Chocolates Allure
A jewellery store selling through DMs got a real storefront — and an admin app to run it from.

The problem
Orders lived in Instagram DMs. Stock lived in someone's head. Half the enquiries never turned into sales because nobody could keep up with the thread.
The problem
Selling jewellery over Instagram works right up until it doesn’t. Chocolates Allure was taking orders through direct messages: a customer asks for a price, a photo gets re-sent, a size gets agreed, and somewhere in a hundred unread threads an order quietly dies. There was no stock list, no order history, and no way to tell a good week from a bad one except by feel.
The business was not short of demand. It was short of a system.
What we built
A storefront that does the selling, and an admin app that does the remembering.
Customers get a proper catalogue with real product photography, sizes and variants, and a checkout that works on a mid-range Android phone over mobile data — which is what the actual customers are using. No app to install, no account required to buy.
Behind it, an admin application where the owner manages inventory, sees orders as they arrive, updates fulfilment status, and looks at what is actually selling. The information that used to live in someone’s memory now lives somewhere it can be checked.
The outcome
Orders arrive in one queue instead of one inbox. Stock counts are real numbers rather than estimates. And the store keeps selling at 2am, which a DM thread never did.
The outcome
What actually changed.
